Help everyone enjoy the event

Consent comes first

• A connection request is an invitation, not permission to keep contacting someone.
• Respect ignored requests, blocks and requests for space immediately.
• Never share another guest’s event identity, messages or activity outside the event without permission.

Keep it welcoming

No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, sexual pressure, stalking, spam or attempts to manipulate the safety tools. Do not use an identity designed to upset or mislead others.

Report early

Use Report inside a connection when possible so the correct guest and message can be attached. If anyone may be in immediate danger, speak to venue staff or emergency services instead of waiting for an in-app response.

What staff can do

Authorised staff can review reports and record an outcome. Full conversation access is restricted to the Super Administrator, requires a specific reason and creates an audit record.
